ECU Tailgating

We did manage to get ECU tickets. Where is the best place to tailgate? Bonus if its a place where I can buy the space ahead of time. I saw game day parking where you pre-purchase on Howard St. Anyone else know of a good place where I can purchase ahead of time?

OR anyone have PP available for purchase?
