Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. Or from just about anywhere in town. Haha. That's the thing I never understood about those who were legitimately complaining about the obstruction. It's not like the stadium is the only place to see Howard's Knob. Additionally the parkway isn't too far, which as we all know is flooded with great views.
