They've got us at #15 ahead of Cincy, Memphis, SMU, and Boise St. Would be nice if the committee used their same ranking philosophy...

The only philosphy I see here is the one that says App is simply better than Cincinnati, Memphis, SMU, and Boise. And that is a philosophy we can all endorse.
