NCAA basically says they have no real power

So this is how UNC is going to get out of the academic scandal they are in. The NCAA is just going to backpedal on everything they have preached for the past however many decades....... wow. just get rid of the NCAA and get it over with.

LOL see other post about cheating teachers being prosecuted under the RICO statutes. Think the NCAA is setting themselves up for either dissolution or prosecution at some point. Maybe not criminal but certainly civil penalties are coming. Funny, they try to make the opposite argument depending on the perspective or case of the day. Trying to have it both ways depending on how it benefits them the most. They have painted themselves into a corner over the last couple of decades and now there is no apparent way out. Logic of course doesn't matter....Follow the money!
Be interesting to see how this all plays out over the next few years.
