Mixed feelings but leaning towards liking it. It is a good use of that space compared to its current use of a dilapidated go cart track, but the location already sees a lot of traffic. However, there aren’t many places in Boone without traffic concerns.

The local resident side of me isn’t excited about the prospect of more people/traffic on NC-105. But the more rational side of me understands that Boone truly needs more hotel space and a larger conference venue is a much needed add.
