Virtually zero. It's a way for the NCAA to try to save face. Basically, the selected student athletes used to get a free trip (now I think it's all virtual) and discuss "issues" within their sport. While it's a great individual honor to be selected, NCAA takes absolutely zero insight from the student athletes because they aren't money making efforts. Majority of the student athlete ideas are about health related concerns (mental and physical health) that require more money spent and the NCAA couldn't care much less about those issues.
