I agree. That was a negative comment in my opinion. Our mentality year in and year out is that we are the underdog and we have to work 5x harder than competition.
I do like the enthusiasm around the new East side premium. I am in negotiations with my extremely better half on this topic. I may have to get a closer to come in and seal the deal.😂

Be ruthless and hire outside counsel in this instance.

I hear that they are raising the buy in for the NEZ seating as well. That initial $1k per seat is going to be a bargain.

If I am in for 7 years, I would not be impacted, correct?

Correct. I am in for 7 years as well. I was told that the increase doesn’t affect us at the end either. We are good as long as we want them.

This is basically how I sold my wife on it. Told her “remember when I asked for NEZ tickets and you drug your feet over $3k (for 3 tickets)? Think how much it will be the next time we have the opportunity. $25k is a bargain”. Somehow she bought that load of crap.

Hate to see the prices get so high. Many of these high dollar seats will be empty. They might very well be sold but empty none the less.

How do you figure? They are sold out with a decent waiting list.

Listened to the first 1/2 and Doug does a great job selling our program and is a fantastic leader and spokesperson for App State Athletics.

Also want to give cudos to the improvements to the operations of football games vs years past. They hugely improved operations. Folks gave feedback and complained and they made adjustments to improve experience. Great Job!

Build a beefy new East Side, connect it to the NEZ and then connect THAT to the West Side.

Leave the hill alone and build a huge widescreen scoreboard above it.

Keep it a horseshoe. That endzone is more than just a hill... it's a beautiful backdrop that goes straight up beautiful mountain air.

No way in hell there is that big of a waiting list for normal season tickets. (Unless artificial limiting amount available)

Agree. Do not touch South End-zone trees and grass hill.

Yes, Game Day operations was strong for the Carolina game and continued to be good throughout the season. A much better experience for our fans and guests!

Game day operations have been good/better BUT we don’t have any conference championships in any sport. For me, that’s why we play the games to begin with. All the “fru fru” stuff is fine but I wanna win!
