I saw this and thought it was cool. It also gives me a chance to try out posting on the new board and attache a photo and link.
A company prints high quality maps as art in the school colors of campus maps. I wish they were not just the streets and also showed the building, but they still look pretty nice. They also have stadiums and city maps.
Here is the link:

Obviously the image posting did not work.
Does anyone know how to accomplish that? I was trying to get an image from another website and post. I first tried to copy the image (right clicking) but when I used the image tool it would not let me paste what I had copied.
I then tried to save the image and then post a link to it but that too appears not to have worked either.
Any help would be appreciated. As ASU78 alluded to in another post, I'm too old to be starting new routines!

Copy the file location:
http://cityprintsmapart.com/prints/app_1.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Click the Img button and paste the link between the brackets.

Not sure why you two can't get an image to post.
Make sure the link you're copying ends in an image format: .jpg, .gif, .png.
Then click on the Img button right above the text box and paste the image URL.
The result will be your image being posted:

Looking at the source, the reason you can't get your image to display is because you are not providing a link to the image, but rather the webpage.
Rankin posted a good example. If you want to get the url of the image, you have to right click on it, and "Copy Image Url" (or something similar depending on what browser you are using). Then, paste it between the img tags here on the board.

Thanks to all for the help. It is a good learning tool.
Perhaps we could include Rankin" and AppStateCentral's post in the FAQ's regarding posting pictures.
Thanks again.
