Well that was fun watching the beat down of the Pirates.

Anyone know the seating breakdown by numbers? How many students get into the game? What is the "seating" in that section versus the number that actually cram in and basically stand the whole game?

How many seats does Miller Hill allow? After those what is the remaining seating?
I'm always curious about the numbers since we technically have around 25k permanent seating but can hit over 35k in attendance. I guess the temps are adding about 3.5k?

The temps in the EZ are 2500 I believe. The student’s section holds around 5k and will be mostly, if not all SYC. Any students that win a ticket from the lottery will be on the hill. A couple of things to keep in mind is that the capacity limit is set by the Fire Marshall. My guess, and I could be wrong, but that capacity limit may not include the number of people allowed in the NEZ and Ricks Center complex since those are technically stand alone buildings. Contrary to popular belief from our resident curmudgeon, the hill would hold more people than it currently does if there were seats.

That is correct...it was down in the West corner off of the NEZ, right off the track. Actually provided a pretty good angle for us on the East side.
