I'm trying to understand how tickets sales went down over $30k with the U on the schedule. We really need b-ball and baseball to step up their game to get fans interested in purchasing tickets. 2016 is well below the $2.7m year the athletic department had in 2010 with tickets sales.
Nice to see contributions and licensing increasing annually and school funds going down over the past few years. On top of all the enhancements DG is making, I'd like to see that subsidy fall (to zero obviously) below 60% and continue to make annual decreases. ECU has a 42% subsidy with over $14m in student fees. JMU has an 80% subsidy with more money coming via student fees ($36m+) than App has total revenue. UNCC has just under 65% subsidy with over $19m+ in student fees.
