We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

GroundhogDay Topics

Unread post by Rekdiver » Fri Sep 22, 2023 8:20 am

There are a number of topics that resurface EVERY year and we go through the same old conversations...............

Can we have a "gentleman's agreement" to ignore a few going forward?

I will start with Eric church and UNC hatred.

Is there a way to make it so we can see who started a topic, in addition to who made the most recent post? If I know who started a topic, I can possibly avoid clicking on one of these groundhog day threads to begin with.

You could just let others discuss what they want to and not get involved. ;)

The post description under Recent Topics shows who started the thread, as does the description under Topics for those without a new post (Gold Yosef Head). For this one it's-GroundhogDay Topics by Rekdiver » September 22nd, 2023, 9:20 am. The first post is always who started the thread, the date it was started, and the time.

Sooooo...the "ignore" button is always an option for that special someone who gets under your skin. Repeatedly.

Just throwing that out there.
