Anyone seen a list of the free parking lots? Can't seem to find anything right now.

Parking on campus free on weekends, minus football games.

What sort of crowd are they expecting this weekend?

I am bringing my oldest to North Carolina for field hockey recruiting events; Wake on Saturday and App on Sunday. I was planning on coming up to Boone after the Wake event ends, but maybe we will spend the night in Winston and come to Boone Sunday AM instead?

Parking passes were sold for the concert. I think they were $50, and $25. I know I paid $200 for 4 passes in Mountaineer lot.

Tons of tickets still available for the concert. Think the prices scared a lot of folks away. Take a look at the ticket office page on AppStateSports.

Think all were $50 that’s why I’m going for the free ones.

The parking was sold through the Schaefer Center. Might want to call them and ask.I imagine the Peacock lot is free.

They just put out an email parking limited in Peacock due to construction. Didn't know they sold parking spots.

What about the parking behind Holmes? I'm not going, but if I were, that is where I would want to park. A bit more of a walk but you can zip out the road behind Holmes and Hardees to escape the bigger traffic.

Is the Holmes Deck open? If so, that would be a great idea.

I thought Rivers Deck might be free as well, not sure if they sold parking there.

Thanks, If it is busy enough to be lively but not so busy to be unmanageable, maybe we will overnight in Boone then. I definately want my girl to realize App will be a fun place to go to school.

Seems like it will be less busy than Darius last year and it wasn't too bad.

Just called to verify they only sold parking to the lots on Stadium drive. So all others should be open/free.
