If Georgia wins that game, Florida State gets in. They JUMPED Florida State, who dominated LSU, beat Florida after their 2nd string QB was taken out on a cheap hit, and went 13-0.

They rewarded the SEC because Florida took a cheap shot on Rodemaker. Plain and simple. They rewarded the viciousness they claim to want out of the game. It's garbage.

Four best teams? How can you say, definitively, that Alabama would beat that nasty FSU defense? There is no guarantee Alabama would put up 10 points on FSU after they struggled to put up 17 on South Florida.

It's a money racket. Period.

That and why was FSU down to their 3rd QB? Because an SEC team took a cheap shot on Rodemaker when he slid. They knocked him out and FSU still won both games.

The SEC was rewarded for a cheap shot by one of their teams. On principle, that never should've been allowed to happen.

But they couldn't leave the SEC champion out and because of that, Texas got an autobid. Of UGA beats Alabama, Florida State is in and Texas is out. So is Texas actually better than FSU? They weren't just a week ago so what changed? Nothing. Not a damn thing.

If FSU was the 4th ranked team last week, they are this week as well.

It sucks. Glad we are moving to 12 teams. Some will still feel left out, but it’ll be conversations about 2-3 loss teams. Which at that point we can at least say “win your games” and feel good about it.

So, by your logic, Vegas would love me if I thought Alabama would lose by 1? What does that even mean? They don't care what you think about the game, you bet either side. Sometimes you bet both sides to mitigate losses.

Maybe. I think Michigan is the more complete team. Doesn't mean they will win as you know the refs will be up Harbaugh's ass all game and shaking hands with Nick Saban.

I'd bet Michigan by 10, personally. I dont think Alabama scores more than probably 14 to 17 points. Michigan effectively shutdown a much more complete offense than what Alabama has in Ohio State and I'd put Ohio State's defense up there with Alabama's.

Michigan should be able to score, but can Alabama. That's the question.

Let it be known that my prediction of the App - Troy game was totally off but, in my defense, there were no full game replays I could find of Troy. I went in to that one on highlights and I was wrong, very wrong.

But here is a betting tip I'd be going against: don't ever bet against Nick Saban. I hate the rule but it is what it is. You'll lose more than you win betting against him.

I agree with most of what you’re saying but I think saying they’ve been a top four team all year shows SEC bias. If a top 4 team gets a pass for beating Auburn or South Florida the way they did, FSU should get the same pass.

And again, here is my question to you. If Alabama loses by 3 to Georgia, is Florida State still in the playoff? If the answer is yes, why did Texas jump them? If Florida State was 4 a week ago, and they won with their true freshman, borderline 3 star QB, they are still 4.
