Bob was a track legend both nationally and internationally. He coached at York High, Northwestern, High, South Pointe High. He was an Olympic coach, US national team coach, and sent many athletes to colleges where they became All Americans. He was a tremendous advocate for athletes and more importantly, for academics in athletics.

Most here will not know Bob but in the track and field world of which ASU is a major player, this is sad news.
We don't slide at Appalachian State. It's a sign of weakness.
