Well I was trying to figure out what all the UNC luv to be ranked 10….Seems like I won’t be the only one when the votes come in Sunday.

And C-c is up on Dook. Better or is Dook bad.

Dook is just bad...I would not be surprised if they only won a couple of games... they may be in the market for a new coach for 2022..seems like good QB coach and good guy...but not as the HC

Felt like ranking UNC at 10 was too generous when the polls came out. I think Howell is a good player, but VA tech kept him in check.

I’ve been watching the Charlotte/Duke game since the beginning since my wife went to Charlotte and I think they are better. Duke may win 2 games again this year, but Charlotte is playing well. Their defense has been solid.

Durant for Duke is a beast! 255 yds, 3 TDs, and deserved better from his supporting cast.

Jay is correct. Will Healy is real. He is not imaginary.

Another young personable coach who wins a big game (so to speak) and he’s a darling. The whole beating a “P5” thing for any program not a “P5” makes me nauseous. There needs to be another fictitious level like sub P5 or something

This was their biggest win in program history and probably equivalent to Coastal beating Kansas. If they go 8-4, then Healy is legit.

Chris Reynolds is a gritty QB who plays hard. Their success may depend on his health this season

What’s sad is that their fan board was talking about bringing in extra seats. The announced attendance was 14,125 and the corners of the visitor’s side were visibly empty. They have an enrollment of over 30,000 students and a large alumni base in the area, but can’t fill the smallest stadium in FBS for a Friday night opener.

That 14K is not even close to the 19K in attendance when we went down there...

Hey don’t blame the alums for not being there!!! They’ve all been pretty busy as of late, working extra long hours and asking,

“Do you want fries with that?”
