Fightin' Irish Football
Notre Dame is looking at joining the ACC in football for this year according to an article in this mornings Greensboro News and Record. If anything comes of this it will be for one year only it seems.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

Re: Fightin' Irish Football
I knew Swofford would buckle to ND - they won't join the ACC for football because they want to keep all their money and not share - BUT - now they need the ACC for games - Nope, not letting you in for one season - there must be more than one - AND - no you are not eligible to win the ACC championship --- Of course, he will buckle to them and let them play for the championship ---
p.s. - I don't hate ND and pull for them from time to time in other sports but not Football because they put themselves above everyone else ---

I don't use the word "hate" often where sports are concerned, but I really do not like Notre Dame and would be happy if they never played for any championship again.

Having agreed with you on that, I wouldn't mind if they wanted/needed to come to The Rock this year for a game...just saying...haha

Agree with everyone so far. I grew up liking ND until I became a student at App and now have allegiance to only one team.

Hey, I would love to play Notre Dame. Having a dislike for the opponent just makes the game more interesting. Having them in Boone would be amazing...even if it is only a dream.MountaineerMafia wrote: ↑Sat Jul 25, 2020 8:41 pmHaving agreed with you on that, I wouldn't mind if they wanted/needed to come to The Rock this year for a game...just saying...haha
