And maybe another consideration for Virginia Teach... ECU is about to become good again. Maybe even very good. No one knows better than the Hokies (a few miles away from JMU/Harrisonburg) what Mike Houston is capable of.

They haven't cancelled their home games with ECU. Though my guess is ECU will reciprocate. They wanted to move next year's game to Charlotte. When that fell through, they cancelled their Greenville dates. I don't think it has anything to do with ECU's hire of Houston.

You know, I was looking at the App 2019 schedule. After the first two weeks at home, there's a week before the UNC road game. I looked at the Sun Belt schedules and the only one not playing a OOC in week 3 is ULM, who are scheduled to visit Boone.

So either App will start with three weeks in a row at home, have a bye in week 3, or something would have to change.

It is a petty retaliation for ECU not coming to VT during the hurricane. VT is getting shredded for this move.

I think its more how they arrived at not coming to Blacksburg.
