Not liking this one at all. NCAA targets programs it wants to punish, and lets free programs it wants to let off. "Cheating" coaches would be at the mercy of the NCAA's selective enforcement. Anyone really think someone like Roy Williams would ever be in danger of being banned for life under these new proposed rules?

Lol when this committee starts taking itself seriously that’s when I’ll take this topic seriously. Again, the recommendations are entirely worthless.

The NCAA is worthless and this report is a joke. Both are / were a waste of time and resources. College basketball,unfortunately, has been illegtimized by corruption. And it is NOT a level playing field.
