Interesting Article from USA Today on how most G5 schools can no longer attract P5 assistants as head coaches because the P5 assistants can make more or are already making more by staying where the are.

I don't mind that. I'd rather have a FCS head coach who knows how to manage a complete team, rather than one side of the ball.
