We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

"Clawson is regarded as the school's best modern coach. He leaves with a record of 67-69, the best winning percentage of any Wake Forest football coach since the school joined the ACC in 1953. He led Wake Forest to seven of the 17 bowl games in school history and five of the school's 11 total bowl wins."
He beat a very good App State team in Boone. I was at that game and I believe we had the better team, however, Clawson was the better coach and that was the difference. Other than the score, I think we ruled the game metrics, so clearly out coached that day.

I really worry about the future of college football and I'm fearful for our team in this wild wild west environment.
We were the better team in two of three phases (offense and defense). Lost because we missed/they blocked three makeable kicks (two FGs and a PAT), and we were offsides on a punt, which gave them a first down on a drive they eventually scored a touchdown on.

I wouldn't attribute all that to head coaching being the difference, but to each his own.

Wake hires Jake Dickert from Wazzu. Good hire.
