Point Shaving

So glad I got to post this in "Other Schools Atheltics" and not in App Basketball.

https://www.espn.com/mens-college-baske ... ing-scheme

Summary, 1 Sunbelt School (So Miss) and 1 from NC (A&T) of the 20 schools named. And so it begins . . .

Another black eye for "College" sports

Where there is gambling, there will usually be cheating. The pro leagues want some of the gambling money so they promote it, get in bed with the sportsbooks, then cry and whine when players throw games.

NIL paying players to leave.

Gambling paying players to lose.

Common theme, $ ruining the game.

The NCAA got in bed with the gambling houses, then pay 18-24 years olds millions of dollars - what did they think was gonna happen?

As if college athletics needed any more bad news…I can’t imagine the amount of distrust and suspicion that will pop up on college basketball squads across the country.
