Watching ODU/ECU. Pirates’ defense looks like they haven’t dropped off much from last season. And they’ve upgraded their OL, pass protection has definitely improved. But their QB situation is still a question mark (Garcia is NOT the answer) and they need to work on ball security.

Seriously, does either of these teams actually want to win this game? Painful.

I wasn’t overly impressed with JMU in their win against UNCC. They got a little better as the game went on, but they appeared to take a step back from last season

CCU, GS, and Texas St look like the favorites through two, need to get better and fast or we’re staring at a long season.

I see TXST as in a class of their own right now.

Even though they played great offense against Boise last week, GASO has zero defense.

CCU? Hard to say how good they are at this point in the season.

Texass State looks like top 25 material. No one else is close. If they get past Arizona State they might run the table. They also have a history of underperforming so who knows.

Marshall was competitive with VT. Three quarters. JMU looked abysmal. But won. ULM a bit of a surprise. Good for them. I don’t see a challenge for TS after Arizona State. But then again they have a history of underperforming
