Rd 4 - 130 - Buffalo Bills: Nick Hampton, LB, Appalachian State Appalachian State
The Bills lost Tremaine Edmunds, so they'll have to find a linebacker at some point.
Nick Hampton is a very versatile linebacker.

Rd 6 - 185 - Jacksonville Jaguars: Cooper Hodges, OT, Appalachian State Appalachian State
The Jaguars will need to draft multiple offensive linemen to make sure Trevor Lawrence is well protected.

Rd 7 - 240 - New York Giants: Steven Jones, CB, Appalachian State Appalachian State
The Giants really need cornerback help to stop the talented receivers in their division.

And with the #1 pick --- Carolina Panthers: Bryce Young, QB, Alabama Alabama
I am hoping this is their pick

Cooper’s family would love that outcome.

None of that would surprise me.

Hampton in round 4 is possible. I expect 5 or 6 but could see him sneak into 4.

If Jones is drafted I would think it would be 7th round and Giants are possible. They do like him. They showed heavy interest at the NFLPA Bowl and I heard some scouts say that Steven was the best CB there.

Jaguars have shown major interest in Cooper. He was one of the combine snubs they had get medical tests done. They have a lot of draft picks on day 3 and it would surprise me if they don't take him.

Cam Peoples being left out is not a shock. I think UDFA or 7th round is likely for him unless there is one team who fell in love and reaches in 6th.

Indeed. I think it took him like 30 min or so to drive to the local pro day there. Their coaching staff is in love and think he could be a future starter or great backup for them.

I read Lindy's draft mag today at Ingles.... they listed Hampton as the third OLB to be taken...with a 1st-2nd round grade... they are definitely high on him. "freak athlete with rare speed and explosiveness for the position. Dominated 4th round pick Max Mitchell in their '21 match up. Great lateral agility to slip and bend around blocks." They compare him to DeAngelo Malone of the Falcons but Hampton is freakier. They also do state that some teams will have him lower on their boards due to his slim nature. But that he is a perfect fit for teams that love athletic stand-up edge rusher. Pure 3-4 OLB.
