Question about the bench press reps in the above stats....it appears they are using 225 lbs. Is that correct? Seems that I've read that some use 225 lbs and some use 185 lbs. Can someone explain how they determine that? I would think by position, but am I remembering this correctly?

Edit: OK...was just reading about the combine and it says nothing about 185 lbs, so I don't know where I got that in my head. apologies.

I think in high school I have seen 185 used so maybe that is where you got it from. NFL has always used 225 for the bench that I can remember

Maybe that's it. 185 certain seems too low to be a meaningful measure for the NFL.

Maybe you got it from the NBA, they use 185

That is another possibility. I was not even thinking about basketball at the time but at the NBA Combine they do the 185 bench test as well.

I haven't heard much about Cam Peoples. Is he getting looked at by any NFL teams???

There are players who will get drafted that have zero buzz because a NFL team knows they have a sleeper and they keep quiet about it. You have to remember though that Peoples was at the NFL Combine and the Senior Bowl so there has been heavy interest because of his talent.

Cam has mid round talent but there are some things that could cause him to fall out of the draft as well. If a team feels good about his issues then they might take him in the 5th round but if nobody does then he could go undrafted. I feel like he is the biggest wildcard in our class as far as his draft stock and where he lands on team boards.

I think most expect Hampton, Peoples, Hodges, Jones, Pearson, Hardy, and Brice to have a great chance to end up on a 53-man roster or practice squad this fall.
