It appears he may have badly sprained his MCL.

We don't slide at Appalachian State. It's a sign of weakness.

Hopefully he’s okay. Not a 49er’s fan by any means but love cheering for RB3. He made quite the play on Russell Wilson on that injury.

He couldn’t put weight on the leg at all. So didn’t look good.
