I wouldn’t put too much stock in preseason depth charts. Rookies always end up at the bottom (see Bijan at RB3 for the falcons on theirs). The placing of rookies is very interesting this early because of Bijan being 3rd while some rookies are already listed 1st string as well. Cam could certainly rise but special teams is a big factor, like you said. Cam has no business returning punts.
