Doubt he made that much. I'm sure there was an IR clause in his contract. But, he still made good money for the first year out of school.

According to a friend who is very close to Hennigan he made around 435k and has 250k or so left in the bank. The league minimum is the league minimum. The only difference is between practice squad and the rest. Practice Squad almost makes what the league minimum for the 53 man roster was in the early 2000s now though. LOL

If true, good for him. League minimum is league minimum, but there are clauses in the contracts. I went through it. Sounds like I should have had his agent....

Saw he spoke at Oak Grove HS in Davidson county a week or so ago.

Does he have a connection there? He was a Guilford kid and Oak Grave isn't even 10 years old yet. A lot of good football comes out of that area though. Ledford, North Davidson, Thomasville, and all those private schools.

Nothing that I know of. Unless it was something just from playing in the area.
