Transferring tickets

How does a person get tickets from someone who has sold (or given) them to that person? I understand they are electronic.

You can transfer them from the Mountaineer Athletic Fund website or the new App State Sports app.
You can transfer through a cell phone number or via email.

Or you can print the tickets as a PDF and e-mail to them.
