Confirmed per my VERY reliable non App State source.

I am hearing from a VERY reliable source not connected to App that after last night in the ACC tournament we will likely play Wake Forest in Winston first round.

Just looked at last years NIT bracket and would bet we would have made it last year with this years record and regular season championship. 20 teams out of 32 had double digit losses and 4 of those were low mid majors. Things probably haven’t changed that much so by this criteria we should be goo.

I would trust Everts. I believe she understands the importance of athletics and the value that the App State brand brings to the university. Hopefully she will still be around if DG ever leaves.
