Depending on the circumstances we could know before then but absolutely by then. I think.MDaniels84 wrote:Did I read correctly that we would know our bowl destination on December 6th ? I thought I had seen that somewhere on App State Sports page.

Re: Silver linings thread
What's disappointing to me is that a large percentage of our fan base has developed this sense of entitlement. Maybe it still stems from our championships a decade ago. They have unrealistic expectations. We're not going to win every game. The Top 25 talk, 11-1, New Year's Day bowl stuff was very p...

Gold must be the new black based on all of our penalties last week.

I think we could swing that Plus it would open up an opponent for Coastal as they are scrambling to fill out their schedule because of Big South teams dropping them.

Re: Belmont Abbey MBB @ ASU 7 PM Tonite HCC
It's going to be a tough year to watch college BB if the refs are being encouraged to call screens as tight as they did tonight. Seemed like every time someone set a screen they were whistled. I realize that it was a warm up game for the refs as well but the amount of offensive fouls were absurd.

Yes he's digging out but there is hope! Shabazz, Logan, and Johnson look promising.

Re: Cut back on the "time out" stadium on field commercials.
I don't know about anyone else, but the timeout activity on the field was getting on my nerves a bit. I felt like I was trapped in a TV commercial and there was no mute button; So & so sponsors the oldest fan, etc... It struck me as redirecting the 13th Man enthusiasm and losing the crowds attentio...

Long time reader, first time poster... my biggest take away from this game along with the Clemson game (I was at both) is that Taylor Lamb was the perfect "transition" QB for this team, but this team is advancing faster in the FBS than expected. Lamb showed me he cant take our offense to the next l...

What else are you going to do when trying to bring a kid to Statesboro? Are you going to go with, Hey wanna live somewhere that smells like a sewer ditch running through a paper mill? Love gnats and mosquitos? We got em! Nope, you're going to trash us every chance you get.

Re: It's Rivalry Week!!!!!
I had a little free time this morning, and frankly was/am curious to follow how sales are going for this one, so I jotted down the #'s. As of 5:00am we had a little over 3,000 reserved seats showing up in the system. As of 11:15 we have moved 47 this morning, to drop just below the 3K reserved seat...

Old TCBY location. Beside the Kangaroo. I'm not as in love with LL as others appear. They have a hard time staffing a morning rush and seem to be out of coffee a lot.
