We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

So we are going to lose more games this year than we did last year, that does not seem right.
We likely would have been 5-7 anyways. Chadwells Liberty team would have ran all over Sloan & Co.
You mean Cheatwell would have run all over Coach Spit's team, almost glad we didn't play that one.

Surprised that it took RO to close down. The owners moved to San Diego a year or two ago.
Did someone buy the RO for living spaces?

Wonder why the owners moved to California, it is always on the cutting edge of doing things the wrong way i understand.

How many players on the roster today were on it at the beginning of the 2024 season, can't be more than 40 at this point.
Based off the list below, we’ve had +-40 leave since end of the season. Talk about turning a roster over.
Maybe that isn't a bad thing.

Re: Pete Thamel- App State Fires Shawn Clark

Clark was a coach of surprising upside victories but more surprising downside losses. He had ample time to have his name stamped firmly on the results, which are subpar for the last 40 years. If he'd made the "right" and obvious decisions in about 15 crucial points in ballgames during the last 5 yea...

I don't believe Gillin or money is the problem. Gillin has proven he can identify talent and we have something incredibly marketable and attractive on the mountain. Id also say Clark isn't 100% the issue either...He has had to battle against poor recruiting from Drink, COVID and an expectation to s...

Re: Home Season Moving Forward

if true, there is a silver lining for me. Lexington BBQ is an easy stop between Charlotte and W/S. I might get crucified....but I think Lexington bbq is overrated compared to some other local joins of the area. I lived in highpoint for 4 years for a job and went to the festival each year and ate at...

if true, there is a silver lining for me. Lexington BBQ is an easy stop between Charlotte and W/S. I really miss Woodlands. I haven't been to the Peddling Pig but I've had 4-5 folks tell me its not very good (or at least doesn't compare). Kinda hard to mess up BBQ so maybe it's a difference in the ...

Re: Official Plunderers prediction thread

Clark has been a coach of surprising upside and downside in the outcomes of ballgames. Coming of what has to be the worst surprises at home no less since Villanova and Cesar running rampant, albeit not his surprise. I'm hoping we play surpringly better, but considering being any normalcy out the win...

Great Article....Sad but easily predictable. There is a reason the old books of "best ways to live your life" warn of these addiction problems. Big tax on the least educated. They love the poorly educated. https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2024/09/legal-sports-gambling-was-mistake/679925/ L...

Re: King Street Flooded

My son said power lines down and trees as well. I can’t believe that it’s even possible to plan a game. Doppler shows it gone by early afternoon but it’s going to be a huge mess. I’m in Fayetteville and it’s absolutely pouring here. I'm not too far from you. We usually get the brunt of these hurric...
