We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Re: Who stays, who goes?
We are losing coaches left and right because of money. Our school pays peanuts and for what we do we should be highest paying SBC and top 3-4 among G5 but we aren't even close. Money is the only thing we don't have. Not anymore......FootballScoop says we now have Money.....Trey Money https://footba...

Re: Who stays, who goes?
Are these other P5 schools just way overboard with coaching salaries, particularly the ones who are basically .500 schools most every year or is App just really low with what we pay? Where do we rank with a coaching ROI? It would seem the answer to both is, yes. Exactly. App’s salary is one of the ...

Re: Billy Napier
There’s a direct correlation between Napier’s extension that was just announced and this job opening. Smart move by UL to cover their butts. But, Napier gone! https://247sports.com/Article/Louisiana-Ragin-Cajuns-Football-coach-Billy-Napier-reportedly-turns-down-Mississippi-State-job-141580892/ Don’...

Billy Napier
Looks like Billy Napier is the top candidate to replace Joe Moorhead at Mississippi State, who has reportedly been let go this morning. https://www.al.com/sports/2020/01/joe-moorhead-out-after-2-seasons-at-mississippi-state-reports-say.html If MSU indeed ends up hiring Napier, it will be interesting...

Re: An explanation Please
We never had a shot at any outside bowl with the loss to Georgia Southern. We all saw where we stand in the committees perception by being behind Memphis, Cincy, and Boise St. With no loss, still not sure they put us ahead of Tiger High or Cincy either. The AAC has done a grand job of public relati...

Re: Bowl Game rankings by Entertainment...conspiracy
How the heck does the LendingTree (Mobile) Bowl end up with a payout nearly twice as large as the New Orleans Bowl? I get that the corporate title sponsor plays a part, but payout is what many use as a rule of thumb when judging bowl "prestige". One would think the Sun Belt would want their premier ...

Re: Bowl Game rankings by Entertainment...conspiracy
Stupid Coastal Carolina blowing 4th quarter leads twice in their last 3 games screwed App and the conference out of millions from the Belk Bowl. Three things went wrong this year: 1. App State lost to Georgia Southern 2. Coastal Carolina lost or won by one score far too often (young team, to be exp...

Re: If no NY6 then where?
As I understand it, the Sunbelt has five bowl tie-ins and, currently, five bowl eligible teams. If Troy beats Lousiana this weekend there would be six eligible teams. That might open things up a bit for us. Looks like Louisiana could end multiple teams chances of becoming bowl eligible......Troy ne...

Re: If no NY6 then where?
One major issue with the New Orleans Bowl (as well as most of the other SBC bowls) that I feel has been addressed this year is moving the game back a week later to 12/21, as opposed to 12/15 last year. Although 12/21 is still a little early, at least it will feel like somewhat more of a traditional ...

Re: Georgia state game thread
Here’s a hot take - Ryan Leaf is one of the most garbage color analysts of all time. Haha for real. Why does he hate us so know much? I think the lead announcer was dumbfounded when Leaf argued vehemently that the refs should have whistled Evans down on the long TD run, despite the fact that he cle...

Re: Georgia state game thread
With Navy having lost earlier and Cincy down 10 to South Florida late in the 3rd, we could be in good shape in rankings if we can pull away here in the second half.

Re: Georgia state game thread
Good grief, the diesel locomotive horn blaring after incessantly is a bit obnoxious. A few times during the team entrance or after scores is understandable.

Re: USC Twitter Bad Mouthing Our Fanbase
It happens a couple of times and this video is limited, but you can clearly see our players grabbing the hedges, ripping them up, and throwing them in the air a the 33 second mark. It's not the worst thing I've ever seen a football team do, it's fairly mild. I just don't care for that type of behav...
