I’d say leave the hill for now, it doesn’t need any work and can hold overflow while they work on the east side concourse and adding a 3rd deck Then figure out what to do on the hill. And put seating back under the NEZ

Update for those who are looking for parking: I parked at the child development center on poplar groove. No restrictions and only had 3 cars in the lot out of say 40 spaces? There is an appal cart stop but also an easy walk to the HHS shuttle.
