Re: Official City of Trees prediction thread

I think we are just overmatched in the trenches right now.

Re: Boise Discussion - 7:30pm

I don’t think our next two games make or break the season. Going 2-2 or better in OOC would be nice, but not a requirement. We still have 7 conference games remaining, with 4 of those at home.

Re: Prayers for Coach Clark

Heartbreaking news. Coach Clark was a great person, father, husband and friend. Prayers for his family to find comfort. With approval of course, I hope our athletic department does the right thing to honor him during our next home game.

Re: QB depth chart for Boise

It’s known Ah yes, the first game of “I’ve Got A Secret,” this year. One of my posts was screenshotted and shared on X prior to the game against Charlotte. It was a post that could have been seen as important info, so I’m no longer going to share things like that in a public forum before a game. I ...

Re: Boise Discussion - 7:30pm

I’m more concerned with OL and Safety injuries than QB injuries because I trust the depth at QB more than other positions.

Re: So Miss discussion

This is not a rant, an attempt to shame anyone or call anyone out so please I hope no one takes this personal. I realize that people have their own lives and stuff going on and disposable discretionary income is different for everyone. The App ticket office sold 40 tickets for this game through the...

Re: So Miss discussion

Again. Thats two weeks in a row we were the “better” team but looked bad. I am behind App forever. But this is problematic. And it’s coaching 100% Okay. Sure it is What else is it? How bout just piss poor execution? The center dribbles the snap to Swann and then Swann just throws an ill advised pas...

Re: So Miss discussion

Again nothing personal but I didn’t know we got rid of Clark to break a dude in. I actually agree with the premise but I thought app Didn’t settle for Mediocrity Good grief dude. We out gained So.Miss by almost 100 yards. All 3 ints were in the red zone (so took scores off table for us)..The 2nd on...

Re: So Miss discussion

Marshall beat us with Braxton because we didn’t have speed and couldn’t tackle. As long as the defense plays like they have thus far, I’m confident.

Re: The Good, The Bad and the Ugly- Lindenwood

Good - Defense, specifically the DL, did not regress and carried the team. The offense and special teams continually gave them bad situations but they delivered when called upon. I am really not worried about the defense a ton, but I do think we are vulnerable in the passing game against a good QB. ...

Re: Looking Ahead- Lindenwood

Stroman’s issues are not the coaching staff’s fault. He’s been that way his whole career. It is an opportunity for the staff to improve him but I am doubtful because the issues go beyond the game. I am not saying this to be an apologist, but the coaches put the players into position to succeed for ...

Re: Watauga Parking Deck open for football

I used to get one of those Queen Street spots- not very long ago. Paid $2 for the meter for all day. Are those gone or changed now? I probably parked there maybe 3 years ago I’m not sure of that specific location, but anything with a meter is limited to 2 hours now on game days. You can technically...

Re: Watauga Parking Deck open for football

I will be interested to see how it works, but I actually like the changes made by Boone with parking. If you want Gameday parking, go to the deck. They are trying to reserve the downtown stops for other patrons by placing 2 hour limits on them during large university events.
