We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Re: Unprecedented National Attention
I lived in Charlotte when Michigan basketball was in the Final Four a few years after our game with them. I had a good friend there who was a Michigan grad, and I texted him to see what he was up to that night. He told me he was at a bar watching the game and that I was welcome to join him. I figure...

Re: TAMU Yell Practice
I just watched the whole video.
That was, uhh... that was something. I can get behind showing up at midnight to show some support for your team, but the jokes were a whole other kind of embarrassing. And the way they're handling it now is just fanning the flames.

Re: Unprecedented National Attention
Michigan was the shot heard around the football world. Most of the country had never heard of us before then. It put us on the map, but for a long time, that's all we were to most people: that team who beat Michigan. Saturday was proof that we could do it again. Of course, you already knew that if y...

Leaving Raleigh at 5:30 am. Not sure that's early enough.

Re: Schedule
There is a very obvious joke there about how this particular rebrand is easy to miss. Not everyone can find it. But I won't do that joke. This is a family website. I once flew from Charlotte to Pensacola and back. That's a fun pair of airport codes. At any rate, I don't mind scheduling Charlotte. I...

Re: Quarantine Diaries
Today is day 21 for us. Friday the 13th was the day I was told to go home and work from here until further notice, so we holed up after that. I still spend my days in front of my computer, but at least I don't have to commute. In a way, I wish all of this meant some free time for house projects, yar...

Re: Most memorable play ever?
There certainly are a lot of great moments in this thread, but for me, the single biggest play is the Lynch block. It put us on the map and got similar airplay to the Clowney hit. As for the biggest actual hit, I have to agree with Armanti steamrolling the dude at GA Southern (that was actually goin...

I sincerely thought that was a joke. Either my sarcasm detector is malfunctioning or everyone else's is. Usually that means it's mine.

Re: Thank you Drink
Agreed 100%. I understand the vitriol, but I don't agree with it. I'm honestly indifferent to the whole thing; he was only here long enough to make incremental improvements, but he did advance the cause. For me, the emotions are much different than when Satterfield left. Even though I can't blame hi...

Re: UNC or USC
Both were important. But if I have to pick one, I'm saying UNC was the bigger win. They patted us on the head, we punched them in the mouth. It was a more emotionally charged game and a much more gratifying win. That being said, the South Carolina game does more for us on a national scale because th...

Re: I moved, what's your excuse
This particular game: 1) Work schedules + trying to make the game (not every fan has the luxury of expending a day or half day for a game) 2) Terrible Weather 3) Halloween Number 1 is me. Mid-week games are one thing when they're nearby, but quite another when they involve an overnight trip. I live...

Re: We choked
appstatealum nailed it on all points. Maybe they got caught up in the feel-good atmosphere this week. Maybe the CFB world gave us too much love. Maybe all the talk about an undefeated season went to their heads. I don't know. But for whatever reason, what we saw last night was a lack of intensity, i...

Re: How do we keep Drinkwitz!?!?
Agree with the others. There just aren't many Jerry Moore types out there who spend 30+ years at the same school, even at the highest echelons of the game. He was the exception, Satterfield was the rule. I'd say if you get five good seasons out of a coach (and part with him on good terms), you did p...

No sound here. Noticing there's no broadcast team either - I think all we get is a visual.
