Everybody’s going to enjoy beating the crap out of us. We aren’t on the top of the mountain anymore.BallantyneApp wrote: ↑Sat Sep 13, 2025 8:09 pmWe’ve caught zero breaks tonight. That happens sometimes and we’d have to play better to overcome it.
This qb plays like Peyton manning against us though I dunno what happened but he hates App

Re: Game day Operations
It appears that our sound system is inadequate. That said at least have enough sense to turn the volume or the bass level down so it doesn’t sound so awful. I mean did our staff not hear that?

Re: The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly
We beat one of the worst teams in the country, but looked good doing it. Will hold off on "analysis" until after the game with that juggernaut Lindenwood. Do we really know that UNCC is “one of the worst teams in the country” ? They might not be terrible. A defense that tackles well makes things lo...

Re: OPINION- Projected 2025 App State Rotation
Many have asked me about certain players, so I figured I would give MY personal depth chart projection. A lot of it is based on knowledge, but some of it based on MY opinion. This is not meant to be a bible and as we all know, these things will change throughout the year. The most fluctuations will...

Re: Apps In The Pros Mega Thread
Good bit of App State representation last night in the Panthers game The TV broadcast said Marshall was a Wake guy. I did not watch it live but did they really? I saw online he was credited to App State. Seeing how good he looks make me wonder what his numbers would have been had the staff put him ...

Re: Preseason Projections
Nobody knows anything about this team at this point. Heck, we don't even know who are going to be our starters. On paper, we picked up a lot of good talent but that talent was very thin on experience so nobody really has any basis to judge at this point. I hope we don't finish 5-7 but honestly I ha...

Re: NIL and future of NCAACF
So my original question still hasn’t gotten a direct answer but it looks like the answer is no, sports at App do not generate a profit. And thus there is no money to pay players. So at least at Apps level the whole players are being taken advantage of argument is a fallacy.

Re: NIL and future of NCAACF
This question has been asked numerous times but I don’t think I’ve ever seen an answer. Where is the money going to come from for App. to pay athletes? Does App. actually generate a profit from sports programs ?

Re: Doeren Scared of App State?
What sux to me is that he sees “no value” in playing an in state team that can compete. When do the people of NC start to matter in this equation? Every time we play an in state FBS team the people of NC prove, with their presence, that the game has value to them. The actual people who foot the bill...

Re: NIL and future of NCAACF
It’s revenue sharing , schools paying players now . NIL , with the exception of some national market super stars and a few big regional big markets, isn’t where the money comes from to pay these ummm student athletes. I really don’t think NIL will be the thing that kills G5 football. Yes G5 program...
