Re: ODU

We open as 2 TD dogs this morning and I think that is VERY generous to us. Probably should be closer to -17.5 or -21 ODU. I’m not even trying to troll or be pessimistic. I’ve had this one chalked up for a while, regardless of a W or L this past Saturday. If you thought we struggled defending Coastal...

Re: Coastal - 3:30pm - Discussion

We this, we that. They own us right now. Plain and simple. Until we decide we’re going to value this game as much as they do, we’ll continue to lose it. It’s their Super Bowl and rightfully so. For some reason they come for blood every year and we aren’t ready. Now, everyone who disagrees, give me a...

Re: App Transfer Portal 2025 - IN

Per a lawsuit ruling today. JUCO transfers now get 4 years of eligibility honored.

Joey Aguilar and K Rob can feasibly return.

Well, Nate might be portaling. Complete rebuild!
This is the first one that pissed me off. Didn’t WE pay him? Pretty sure he got NIL money from us and took the entire season off.

Re: Candidates

Think fit and logic when making a choice guys... 1) Boone/App State fit - 2) Salary - 3) Staff salary affordable, etc. 4) Style of play - emphasis O or D side of the ball 5) Recruiting Plan Clearly Tre Lamb, for all of those. He could have App back and it could be by next year. This team needs a sh...

Re: I feel..... ?

I have a hard time believing App can't come up with $500k for the buyout and then pay for a new up and coming coach. Attack the portal and tell them if they shine at App then they will probably make solid NIL money with a P5 after one or two seasons. Any new coach would know that if they win one or...

Miller Hill can wait. Nothing is more embarrassing than our speaker system. You can’t even hear the intro or 4th Q videos in half of the stadium. High School venues have better sound than us.

The pearl clutching in this thread is hilarious. You must have been one of those drunks who couldn’t handle his liquor I was sober and enjoyed every second of them launching harmless snowballs at everything and everyone. It is what it is - they’re drunk college students. People forget what it was l...

Re: Candidates

Tre Lamb has ETSU in position to take a share of the SoCon title in his first year. I’ve watched a few of their games including yesterday against Western . Both teams in the running for the championship. I believe ETSU set an attendance record in the game. Second string QB looked good. What he’s do...

Re: Candidates

Tre Lamb’s scheme would do wonders with our speed and athletes. Kids love playing for him and he’s essentially turned around ETSU in less than a year. He’s my hope for next HC.
