This team has such a lack of focus and discipline, which starts at the top.

Multiple game changing, bone headed mistakes every game.

My summary of this season thus far is that we have talent, up and down QB play by the back up, have poor focus and are not very well coached.

Hope we can pull out this second half.

It’s just so, so, so rare that a position coach makes the jump right to head coach and is successful. The sooner we come to this reality, the better. It doesn’t mean he’s a bad guy. I think everyone on here is rooting for him. But he’s not the guy.
