There is a concern about the amount of debt these projects (at current funding levels) would require.

I would hate to have an AD leave for Missouri (who's basketball team has not won a conference game this season), and potentially loose our head coach and several players who could be returning starters. I would prefer to have an AD who was focused on keeping Kerns. But that's just me.
