Re: App State Golf
Who wants to educate me about women's collegiate golf??? I saw our tournament score and it was 316. 316 divided by 4 is a 79. I would think we should be able to land 4 women golfers that could break 79. Are they playing from the red tees??? I would think with title 9 all of our ladies are on schola...

Re: Portal season (Abson, etc)
I have nothing good to write. We have raised the most entitled generation in history. There is a reason why the best in the coaching world are retiring. The future is not good unless congress addresses this issue. You are as wrong as can be on this. This is not an entitled generation, this is a gen...

Re: NIT
It's ridiculous that we are even having this conversation. I understand losses hurt more than wins help when it comes to NET, but App has as many Quad 1 wins as Wake Forest and Syracuse, and those teams are considered locks for the NIT and are NCAA bubble teams depending on their performance in the...

Re: 1-AA 2.0
Wasn't part of the original discussion with the move from FCS to FBS level that eventually the Power group would eventually split off? Honestly a G5 championship would be fun. Based on Cincinnati performance last year in playoffs it would be a extremely long shot for App or any G5 to win the Power ...

Re: Sunbelt bowl games scores
It also shows in the portal situation for us at the moment. Graduating players allowed to play in the bowl shows loyalty and respect while players sticking around like Joey shows that there is more to our program than others. It speaks to the quality of the people at all levels. Go App! I give it 5...

Re: Keep Joey 2024 - NIL
I dislike the NIL as written today. 10 years from now it may be difficult to continue to being a fan of a program outside the top 40. Or we could just fast forward and adopt the 1-AA moniker again. Until then I'll enjoy weekend like the upcoming one, beat Troy. It's always been a matter of when, no...

Re: ULM
Joey Aguilar did not lose that game. That's a terrible take. His two boneheaded decisions that were his and his alone cost us the game. There is a lot of finger pointing that should be done, the majority of them need to be pointed directly between his ears. I'm all for learning from your mistakes, ...

Re: ULM
A win should not exhonerate Shawn Clark. He has driven our program into the ground. A win vs ULM should be expected. The ground? What a dumb statement. You should see the "fans" over on Reddit. To believe them, we are a nuclear wasteland that will only be fixed when Clark draws his last paycheck in...

You Mensa Members no that communicating a threat across the wire is a felony right? In NC communicating a threat is a class 1 misdemeanor. It's defined as the following: "§ 14-277.1. Communicating threats. (a) A person is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor if without lawful authority: (1) He willfully...

Re: It's Bur....Joey Time! - GW discussion
The next three weeks are going to be such a mental test for us. You've got the two most hyped games of the season back to back, then go across the country and up another 3000 feet to play At Wyoming who just knocked off Texas Tech. And right now that Wyoming game screams letdown to me coming off the...

Re: The incredible shrinking future of college
I'm okay with this. We could do with a major shrinkage of colleges, and people going to college. People of my generation were raised that college is the place you must go, it was plans A-Z for life. To be honest, too many people have gone to college that either shouldn't have (poor academics) or did...

Re: Thoughts/Questions about Bowls-Playoffs-CFP Rankings
The loser of the AAC will not be in the NY6. Have to be a G5 conference champion. And the CFP counts as part of that. So it's winner take all in the AAC.

Re: NC/SC FBS Top 10 - I need your vote
I would put Wake and Clemson above us, but that's the only change. I think it would be a very even battle against Wake or UNC this year. I wouldn't like our prospects against Clemson. Even a down year for them that defense is darn good. We would have a hell of a time moving the ball. Results matter ...

Re: POST GAME -
I think an underrated big play was the PI on Corey on 4th down that kept the TD drive alive. That play was not going to get the first down on its own.
