We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Re: 2013 Schedule - Wedding Planning

A few seasons back (4 I think) I had a daughter plan a fall wedding. Very stressful... I was at least able to get the wedding planned for the night App played Presbyterian. That is about as close to not missing a game as one can get... we weren't in our seats but didn't miss much.

Re: QUESTION CONCERNING MOVING UP?

All very good points and I appreciate the comments and the taking of the question seriously. The fact that it has never previously done speaks very loudly. Thanks for replying without all the negative crap. Just the facts sir, just the facts. Appreciated your thoughts.

QUESTION CONCERNING MOVING UP?

Had an interesting debate with a friend which lead to this question. Lets say for the sake of argument that ASU makes the move up. Then after a number of years of less than stellar seasons we begin to lose fan support and miss the FCS championship run. Lets say we have ten seasons of dwelling with t...

Re: What did you get for Christmas?

Every year for Christmas I give five season tickets to ASU football games. Save the sixth seat for myself. My presents are always received with much thanks, appreciation, hugs and kisses (some hand shakes) and I do not have to set foot in a mall. This Santa is not stupid. I know what my kids really ...

Re: It's a Satterfield...Definitely!

Last year I was sitting in my home when suddenly a small fly began to annoy me. I reached for my fly swatter with the intent. Suddenly, the fly looking at me with desperation in each of his five glowing eyes. My arm was not caring and in motion when suddenly the fly spoke... "Please, don't hit me I ...

Re: Here are the EMAILS Letters

There does not have to be nor can there be "winners (Cobb's Camp) or losers (Jerry's People)... nothing will change what has already happened. Especially, MMB self-serving. Most of us had roller coaster positions and thoughts at one point or the other. The facts are simply these: We enjoyed a fantas...

Boone population: 17K Fargo metro: 212K Norolk/VA Beach metro: 1.6M If all our fans didn't have to drive 100+ miles on short notice, we'd be packing the house as well. In our disappointing games, we have the population of Boone in KBS. That sir are the exact stats that equates to our being FCS and ...

Re: Three sides to the story

I am a "One Moore Season" guy. However, I also realize time moves on and as per usual heals. To continue to fight for (what was once and will never again be) can damage the program. It is after all about the kids and the program. It is recruiting season. I am on board with moving on and will only be...

Re: Ayers Reacts to Moore Departure

Then after reading this article. I would say tell Charlie Cobb to take a hike. The fans and supporters of ASU football want one MOORE year. Announce it today if you like but let the Coach end it his way after the twenty-fifth season. A class act who has done so much deserves a first class finish. ON...

Re: Christmas Card to Jerry Moore and Family

Probably take somebody with connections to the U or the athletic department. I have zero connections just a fan. Generally to get something done you have to be somebody or know somebody who knows somebody. Unless you can create a ground swell of people who think the idea has merit. Then it creates a...

Christmas Card to Jerry Moore and Family

Merry Christmas to the entire Moore family. As a long time fan I want to say thank you for a job well done. You enhanced life at our university, brought positive focus to our community, had a stellar career matched by few, and gave so much to the youth you worked with. You did this with grace and hu...

You did a great job of summarizing what I also have been feeling. I was indeed going to post something similar. I will not. Re: SS put into unusual position - maybe, maybe not

I would guess since it's a "job" at a state university there has to be some type of job posting. Dunno. Just a guess. For years job posting requirement plus a minimum of three interviews. Not sure at the college level but would guess recommendation from Cobb to Peacock (at minimum) with Peacock con...

SS put into unusual position - maybe, maybe not

Unusual position for SS or at least a difficult one. 1. Returns from FBS level named (Asst. HC & OC). Were promises made then? 2. JM steps down. Expectation SS moves up? Announcement of "Nation wide search" (could be a legal procedure to advertise vacancy and do interviews? SS wins the job. 3. New h...

#14 Just thinking ahead?

This is meant as a question? At some point it is likely that AE's #14 will be retired... so what if Sean Price burns up the record book over the next three years. Then we have two #14 to honor, can't retire the same number twice? Any thoughts?
