Re: Sunday Morning QB on a Friday ---
That was a great post OP, I agree with about all of it. I mean really last night was about what I was realistically expecting (I know I picked us to win but that was just the black and yellow kool aid doing the talking). We're a young team and we made mistakes on the road to a damn good team. As oth...

Re: Game thread
Our top three WRs are Simms McElfresh, Malachi Jones and Bobo Bethard. I mean... wow. Does anyone want to argue that we have an above average receiving corps? This won't be a problem. Barbour, Meadors, Lewis, Armstrong, Cathey, Hopkins, etc are waiting in the wings. I'm not worried about the future...

Re: Game thread
They are no more ahead of us than we were of them last year. They are primed for a run in a do nothng year. It will come around. Yup. All you have to do is compare the two depth charts and see how much older they are than us. They weren't even that much better than us tonight, they were just more e...

Re: Game thread
How are we so bad in the red zone? You cannot just throw it away there Just going to put it down our throats here Simply horrible, again they are far ahead of us no they aren't. What are you watching? Both sides of the ball 400 yards rushing? I'm watching an extremely young team play against a team...

Re: [New Article]Official Gnatsboro prediction thread
For some reason I have a really good feeling about this one (but then again I had a really bad feeling before the last two GaSo games soooo) but anyways I'm gonna say App gets this done 31-20. Defense scores a late touchdown to seal it. I say Cox, Upshaw and Malachi Jones all score.

Re: Sunday morning QB ---
Under center short yardage plays and two back sets are two things many would like to see and don't happen often at App. I know this is a young team but the play calling is just too conservative and predictable. Often reminds me of Cadet off guard on first down every series a few years ago. Hopefull...

Re: App vs USM Game Thread
I was as upset as anyone about losing a game we "should" have won. NC A&T, Charleston Southern, Furman Need to break that bad habit. This is a good point. A lot of times in young coaching staffs there will be an early prevalent issue. Look at the first two years of the Ron Rivera era for the Panthe...

do some type of play action, give Lamb a ton of options. I don't even trust Matics kicking extra points at this point

Re: App vs USM Game Thread
the final outcome was really disappointing. headed into this season i had us winning 7 games, with this game and the GaSo game penciled as wins. Well we lost tonight and GaSo is rolling, so now it looks like we'll do good to win 4-5 games. But anyways the good news is that we certainly weren't outpl...
