Too many moving parts with the portal and the NIL. We will just have to be happy with what coaches cobble together until some entity gets some control on this mess.

People focus on the wrong stuff sometimes and assign...

Re: Hold on to your hats ….

I hope we get a good one..but IF it’s a too far left or too far right leaning one I hope the student body and faculty en masse walks out. Wouldn’t that be something? Give the big ole finger to the legislature.

Division I Basketball (Regular Period) April 17, 2024 to May 15, 2024

No, a Lowe’s Exec. BUT I think he did volunteer with Cummings HS football for a couple of years.

it does seem like it wasn't like this in year's past. Easy to remember....we're all Mountaineers.
Yeah the past few years have polarized us and social media made it easy to be mean. I’m just taking a step back after seeing negativity get hold of me. The Golden Rule is pretty simple.

Civility Request/Challange

I am sometimes guilty of a snarky reply or blasting some because of politics. I've decided to try to be more civil in my replies and posts and let personal stuff slide. How? i wont instantly respond anymore and let my thoughts percolate. Boards have become a place where negativity is frequent and we...

Re: Hold on to your hats ….

Now Sherri was the CEO and didn’t make decisions on the fly without advice and guidance. The free expression tunnels morphed into hate tunnels, I blame the AppPolice for the bad 911 advice and the AD for the 105. Debacle. I detest our meddling legislature and their OlD Testament bent and the funding...

Re: Portal season (Abson, Spillers, etc)

Am I the only one that isn't going to pull for players when they leave App? I'm not rooting against them, but I don't feel any lingering ties to a player that transfer. I'll caveat that with the exception of grad transfers. Exactly. Even the caveat. After Donavan Gregory raised the bar for loyalty…...
