If anyone in this program does not see a coaching problem then you don’t know the game. Plain and simple.

The coaching carousel has caught up with us. I’m now not sure SC was ready for this job but As disappointed as I am right now I’m not ready to join the firing squad. SC gets another year. That is what will happen. Likely he will be told to get a new DC. The lack of discipline needs to be fixed asap.

Shawn is obviously not the long term solution. And I was in school with him and Satt and big Dex so obviously I want him to work out. I wonder what it is going to take to move on and how long does that take. It hate it bc the brand is strong right now and recruiting could get really good if we can win
