I went to App and have no regrets. Loved it, still do. My wife went to VCU in the middle of Richmond. She loved it and has no regrets. I think it is a standard font. Brush Script looks like it could be it. I thought this as well but is looks like the "eers" is falling off almost like it was handwritten. People probably think I am crazy for thinking that much about it but always thought it would be a cool tat if had a good backstory.
