Re: Birmingham Bowl
Some of yall are crazy. How can you question a coach’s talent evaluation when you look at results? App played literally the same team twice, once with starters and once with mostly 3-4th string guys. The starters lost by 2, the backups lost by 19. Wilson and a couple other players showed some flash...

Re: Birmingham Bowl
Wilson was the first QB this season that was willing to lead. You get a guy who's willing to sacrifice his ego and his body to will the ball forward you better hang on to him. His passing wasn't that much worse than Armanti's tbh. He could be fun to watch. I'm not sure what you mean by that, AE was...

Re: Birmingham Bowl
Coach Dlo acknowledged in his presser that he overlooked Wilson and was second guessing his decision on that. He even stated that he didn't give Wilson the help he needed and that he needed to change that. No one knows how someone will be at QB, or any position for that matter. All you can do is as...

Re: Birmingham Bowl
Shawn Clark (God rest his soul) would have produced a better result than DL. THIS year. Shawn Clark wouldn’t have had to rebuild, and App would’ve won maybe 2-3 more games. App admin rolled the dice that a new coach, after an adjustment period, could make App better. Think of it this way, if you we...

Re: Birmingham Bowl
I don't know anything about Wilson and his potential, but he is the kind of QB we need. Twitchy and mobile.

Re: Birmingham Bowl
That can’t be a real account, that picture and posts about random self-help crap. Red flags. If that is his dad terrible look and justified calling him out. Who can know for sure? But one thing’s for certain: when parents get involved (like Troy Everett’s dad did), it almost always ends badly. It w...

I don't think we had a TV anywhere on Cloud Nine Bowie.

I've been mimicking the Jim Hunt eastern NC accent since the 80's, loved to hear him speak.

Lipstick on a pig. Maybe I'm just old, but I believe a significant portion of the fan base will bail out in the coming years.

Re: G6 playoff gaining momentum
The g5 teams have to quit giving the money games to p4 and start capitalizing on the one CFP spot. I still think we will get that spot in the new CFP. I also think that will go to 16 teams. G5 need to have an fcs game and at most 1 p4 game. Then go right into the season with the last 3 weeks being ...

Granted, but a 25 point game is a 25 point game for a casual fan like me.Seattleapp wrote: ↑Sat Dec 20, 2025 7:19 pmMontana State hit another gear. That atmosphere was amazing.

Re: G6 playoff gaining momentum
Again I maintain g6 playoffs are a wishful pipe dream. Absolutely nothing will change in terms of players opting out early due to their agents saying they should stay healthy for p4 nil deals. Tv slots will be bad and will be scheduled during other big sporting events and no one will watch just lik...

Re: Birmingham Bowl
That USF/ODU game was something huh. ODU's star QB in TP and sits out. USF's QB is out as are WRs, coaches are gone. What should have been a top three G6 matchup was just terrible football. Putting together our roster is going to be like triage this week. What does embarasing football on national T...
