Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. You are correct. What colleges should do is offer instruction on money management, taxes, and investing. This is where the business school could help.

I think Joey will succeed. I have seen both play in person, Joey performed better than Nico. At UT Joey will have better OL and receivers.
Huep was a qb and is a better about coach.

My solution would be to number the spaces. If there are 600 spaces and you sell 400 then you know 401 - 600 are available for first comers. PTB will just have to do away with festival parking.
