I know we said we aren’t retiring anymore numbers, but retiring 61 while honoring and paying our respects, seems appropriate for the next home game.

Re: Prayers for Coach Clark
Absolutely gutted…
Coach, you were in an incredible man. Can’t even imagine what his wife and kids are going through. Many, many prayers for the whole family. Absolutely devastating.

Re: So Miss discussion
Dowell said today that Swann is getting an MRI and they'll know his prognosis later today. Bad thing is that there's no Mountaineer Talk this week, so there's no media interviews or follow ups until next week. Geez, didn’t think it was potentially that serious. Definitely don’t need bad news here. ...

Re: So Miss discussion
So Miss Charles Huff is a really nice good coach! Marshall did the right thing and fire that AD for letting him leave for another school in the SBC. He has flipped the culture down in Hattiesburg. The Charlotte win was Fool's Gold, they are terrible, and Appy fans and players it seems got full of t...

Re: So Miss discussion
My “slept on it” reflection… We have the talent and potential to compete at the top of the Sun Belt. ODU appears to be the class of the league right now, although VT is horrific and has been for a few years now. It’s next to impossible to win a game with that many turnovers, ESPECIALLY 3 times in th...

Seems we’ve quit.
I’d rather drive the field and turn the ball over than quit.

Re: Prayers for Coach Clark
Shawn is one of us. Regardless of how his stint as head coach went. Praying it’s nothing serious, and he has a full and speedy recovery.

Re: Other Games Week 3
I think ODU beats VT. VT looks bad.
Hate UT, but would love to see Joey ball out.
Never had a reason to pull for Jax State, but there’s a first time for everything

Re: Game day Operations
Count me in as one who does not like the new “Welcome To The Rock.” I like the thinking outside of the box, and the attempt at fan engagement, but some things don’t need fixing.
Leave it to Sean Connery, Jerry Moore, Luke Combs. Keep it simple.

Re: Game day Operations
I made a comment about this. Gameday Ops had a ROUGH day yesterday. They’ve got 3 weeks to improve. Missing 3rd down bells should never happen. Ringing 3rd down bell after our offense gets a 1st down was odd. A lot of the other issues were mentioned. As far as the sound system. It’s not borderline e...
