Our Apps suffered their 10th five-set loss of the season last night on their home court in the HCC. The fifth and deciding set was another nail biter, but resulted in a 17-15 loss. Ga State took the match 3-2.

Our ladies are on the court again at 8 PM tonite against Ga South.

A disappointing result, for sure, but from where I sat, Georgia Southern looks to be the best team in the conference. Their new coach has loaded his roster with internationals and has added some real impact players, especially #19, who gave us fits coming down the right side, and managed to play several deadly crosses through the box. it's hard to understand how they could lose to Howard, but GSU certainly looked good last night. They have just three seniors on the roster and should be set up for the future.
