Hate to Start Another Thread, But
I can't for the life of me find our previous threads about places/cabins to stay in Boone. I know we've covered this more than once and I was pretty sure it wasn't too long ago, but I am having no luck with the search engine on the site. Can someone point me to the previous thread or can we add to this one for a new thread. Thanks.

The biggest selection of cabin rentals I've found in the past have been on VRBO, Homeaway, Flipkey, Tripadvisor, etc. You can narrow down your search criteria to get pretty much whatever you are looking for around the specific check in and out dates.
From personal experience VRBO has been very convenient with not only cabin rentals but also beach rentals too. Good luck..

VRBO is a good source. I suggest you filter results by book online that way you can see all the fees (cleaning, booking etc).BUTCH1991 wrote:I can't for the life of me find our previous threads about places/cabins to stay in Boone. Re: Hate to Start Another Thread, But
I tried suggesting a while back that the YC needs a sticky thread at the top of the football folder or an icon to the right of "gameday chat" labeled "accommodations" with all lodging, restaurants and entertainment available in the high country per the members' suggestions. That will help out all App fans and visitors who come to our corner of the internet.

VRBO, Homeaway
I recently used these 2 and found a really nice place - as others have said, be aware of FEES - The first one I was looking at and made contact had over $400 of fees for a 2 night stay ---
If you want to PM me with the weekend and size I might have a lead or two for you - you can post on here as well ---

I'm trying to find a place for 4 adults and 3 teenagers for this weekend. My son was invited to pitch in a tournament this weekend at App and he doesn't want to miss out on that opportunity - his field of dreams.WVAPPeer wrote:VRBO, Homeaway

What's his breaking ball looking like? App needs some help in baseball. Maybe he will impress some coaches and scouts to get a scholarship one day - your field of dreams.BUTCH1991 wrote:I'm trying to find a place for 4 adults and 3 teenagers for this weekend. Still working on the curve ball, it's good when he throws it right, but his best pitch is his 2 seamer. He can make it run either way depending on how over the top he comes with the pitch./\PP ST/\TE GRAD 09 wrote:What's his breaking ball looking like? App needs some help in baseball.
